I like home made stuff. They are cheap, natural and fun.
While most girls would probably be crazy about expensive skin care products, I never give up on my home-made facial masks.
Just put honey all over your face for 10 to 15 minutes, your face would turn real supple.
Another option is plain yogurt; your skin will feel energized afterwards.
If you like Chamomile tea, always prepare a little bit more for your skin care routine. Put the extra chamomile tea in your fridge, it's the most natural toner you can find.
When your eyes are tired, you can soak two cotton pads in the cold chamomile tea, and put them over your eyes for 10 mins; it's the most refreshing (and cheapest) therapy for your eyes.
Lately, I have extended this passion for home made stuff to gardening.
I am surprised that there are actually so many different home made fertilizer options.
While some formula are quite fussy to make, some are real easy.
Two of the best formula I like:
1) Diluted coffee: this is the best formula for your plants in the office!! As coffee supply in the office is free, this formula costs you practically nothing.
Just dilute two part of coffee with 4 parts of water, and pour the mixture over your plants.
Of course, no milk and sugar :P
2) Egg shells: I love eggs, and I am so happy that the egg shells don't need to go to the rubbish bin anymore. Just crack the egg shells into small pieces and bury them in the soil. How easy is that! The next time you are enjoying your sunny side up, your plants can also benefit :)
